How to Activate Your iFOREX Account

To fully activate your account after a successful deposit, you need to verify your identity by answering a questionnaire and providing us with the required documents.

How to Complete the Identification Questionnaire

Tap on the menu icon and then tap the status bar

Tap on 'Identification Questionnaire'

This will take you to a page where you'll enter your personal information including Name, Address, etc. Complete the form and tap 'Finish.'

How to Upload Your Required Identity Documents for Account Verification

At iFOREX, we verify the identity of all our clients to ensure safety and security, but we’ve made the process as simple and easy as possible.
Note: Before you upload your documents, ensure you’ve already completed the Identification Questionnaire.

Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner and choose ‘Upload Documents.’

The documents you are required to upload may differ according to your region. If you need more information about a certain document type, tap the ‘?’ icon next to it.
Tap the ‘Verify’ button to upload each required document from your computer.

Follow the instructions on screen

Note: When uploading a photo of your ID, make sure:

  • Both sides are visible
  • The image is clear and fully readable, with no light reflection
  • All four corners of your document are visible

Note: When uploading your proof of address, the name and address must correspond with the details you provided in the Identification questionnaire.

Once we’ve received and approved your documents, your funds will be added to your account and you’ll be able to start trading. Note that your documents can take 24-72 hours to be processed. If you have any questions or concerns, get in touch with our compliance department at compliance@iforex.com.
