While President Trump stated that productive talks with Iran are underway, Iran’s Foreign Ministry officially denied that any such discussions are taking place.


Shifting market sentiment

The fragile positive sentiment is giving way this morning to renewed caution. Asian indices are trimming gains, while U.S. futures are trading lower. The shift is also attributed to reports of expanding military involvement by Gulf states in the conflict with Iran.


Oil market signals escalation

Brent crude continues to reflect rising tensions, climbing to around $104 per barrel this morning.
The International Energy Agency warned that the current conflict is impacting the global oil market more severely than the energy crises of the 1970s.

Diplomatic pressure on the U.S.

Gold prices continue to decline and are on track for the longest losing streak on record.

 

Unusual trading volumes

Following a sharp decline accompanied by the highest trading volume ever recorded on the New York Stock Exchange, markets saw a strong rebound yesterday also on record-high volume.


Tesla expands into semiconductors

Tesla (TSLA) rose approximately 3.5% after Elon Musk revealed a joint venture between Tesla, xAI, and SpaceX to build a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
Initial investment is estimated at tens of billions of dollars, with full-scale production targeted for 2027 and an annual capacity of hundreds of billions of chips.
The chips are intended for edge computing across vehicles, robotics, and SpaceX satellites, enabling real-time model execution.


Tesla (TSLA) Expands Into Semiconductors

Tesla (TSLA) rose 3.5% after Elon Musk unveiled a joint venture with xAI and SpaceX to build a semiconductor facility, targeting production by 2027. Nvidia still dominates the training chip market, with Tesla remaining a major buyer.
